Cancellation and Refund Policy
InPDUM membership dues are not refundable.
Written registration cancellations received by May 15, 2009 are refundable, less a fee. There are no refunds after May 15, 2009. Registrations will not be processed if payment information or an official purchase order is not included.

A Note About Booking Your Hotel
Your conference organizers have worked hard to secure the best possible rates for you at the official ALD conference hotel. We urge you to book your stay at the recommended hotel. Booking at an unofficial conference hotel results in lost fees for ALD and may diminish your overall conference experience.
